| So Chiaki's finally starting to get with the program! Of course, he still claims they're "just friends," but it starts to sound pathetic when you're buying her heart-shaped jewelry!
And it's cute that she's starting to think of him as "Shinichi" instead of "Chiaki-sempai" all the time. | |

| Oh my! I want to read this chapter!
I just starting to read Nodame Cantabile, I'm still on volume 1. It's pretty funny and interesting to read.
I've just finished watching the j-drama and I love it!
And now I want to go and continue to read it all!
Can't wait to read this chapter in a couple of weeks (yes yes... I'm determine to read all volumes/chapters of NC before July ends!! Muwahhaa) | |

| Well, my wife and I plowed through all seven volumes of Nausicaa in one night, it was so good. (Having a toddler at the time, though, we were used to sleep deprivation!) | |

| I LOVED that he bought her the necklace!!! It was SO cute, while the whole time he's saying she's not his girlfriend! Go Milch!!!! Smack some sense into Chiaki!!! Vol 12 has been pretty freakin' INCREDIBLE, I must say!

I find the fact that you and your wife read Nodame Cantabile together totally adorable, heh.  But yeah, seeing Chiaki blustering and fumbling with his excuses for as to why he's buying a "friend" heart-shaped jewelry was rather endearing. Looks like the Tin Man has a heart after all! | |
